Return Policy


We hope you are happy with your Lia’s Looks purchase. Please see the policy below which applies for every purchase and all circumstances. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) for an EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS (any exchanges received after this timescale will be returned to you) with the following conditions :- 

We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS so if you are unsure of sizes/measurements/styles/descriptions, please ask for help prior to placing an order to avoid any disappointment.

You MUST contact us before exchanging your item(s) for us to confirm the exchange. The exchange address is on the invoice sent with your order. Do not just return your item (s) without prior contact with us, if you do these will be returned to you immediately.

Please notify us via our Contact Us page, Instagram Facebook or email that you will be exchanging your item(s); if part of a multiple order please specify which item(s) you will be exchanging and the reason being.

Please include your name and address, purchase date and order number so that we can trace your original order. We recommend when returning the item(s) for exchange you use a trackable post service as items lost in the post are not eligible for exchange and not our responsibility.

Conditions/Exclusions – Items cannot be exchanged unless we are notified NO MORE THAN 7 DAYS from the receipt of the item. Items must be exchanged in saleable condition and how you would expect to receive the goods yourself. Items bought that are part any of our "CLEARANCE/SALE" collection, pre-orders (these are ordered especially for you), any handmade tops/sarongs (due to delicate chiffon material), belts, sunglasses, socks, hair accessories, hats and any jewellery are NOT eligible for exchange in any circumstances.

Pre Order Items – These items are ordered in especially for you and therefore, cannot be exchanged. Once a pre-order has been placed you are unable to cancel/change this with us as your order has automatically been processed so please check the delivery times/sizes/style which is stated in the description of any pre-order item before placing your order. 

Jewelled swimwear/tops/jeans/shorts  Our beautiful jewelled bikinis/swimsuits are for poolside posing only. These are fashion bikinis/swimsuits and we cannot be responsible for any jewels that become dislodged and/or any discolouration. All jewelled products (swimsuits, bikinis, tops, jeans and shorts) MUST NOT be washed in the washing machine and/or tumble dryer. They require a careful cool handwash and drip dry only. We also advise that bikinis/swimsuits with jewels are not worn in any hot tubs/steam rooms/saunas etc. Any faults with jewels must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item (see faulty goods clause).

Original Packaging – Items must be exchanged in their original packaging with hygiene labels and tags intact and not tampered with.

Shipping Costs – You are responsible for the mailing costs to send your exchange item(s) back to us and to despatch out your new exchange items(s). 

Cancel Order - Once an order is processed by yourself through the website it CANNOT be cancelled and therefore our normal Returns Policy remains in place. If you fail to enter any discount/promotional codes at the checkout we are unable to honour the discount/promotion once you have confirmed and placed your order. 

When will you get your exchange? As soon as we receive your exchangeable item(s) we will deal with your request, this may take up to 7 days to process. We will notify of approval or rejection of your exchange. If you fail to return to your item(s) or we do not hear further from you with your exchange request within these timescales then your exchange will be automatically cancelled. 

Additional Conditions of Exchanges – Summary of terms: Items that have been tags removed, body odour, perfume or deodorant on, worn, washed, wears, tears, marked or soiled in any way are NOT eligible for exchanges. Items must be exchanged in their original packaging with all labels intact. Even if your original item is sold out in the size/colour you require our exchange only policy stills applies. The original shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable. The cost you incur exchanging the item to us by mail are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse your exchange if it does comply with the terms of our policy. Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled and therefore our normal Returns Policy remains in place.

Faulty Goods Clause – All faults/issues/missing item(s) need to notified within 24 hours of delivery and returned within 7 days of receiving. Any goods not received in this timescale will be returned to you. All orders are quality checked and packed by our team under CCTV in order to stop fraudulent claims. In the event that an item is provably faulty, we will either repair or if this is not possible send you a replacement item and cover the cost of the shipping to send the replacement to you and the cost you incur to return the item (via Royal Mail) in the form of a refund once we have received the faulty item back. We will only offer you a full refund if the item is not in stock. Items that have been worn, the tags/hygiene labels have been removed or items are not in the original packaging are NOT eligible for exchange/refund under this clause. 

This policy applies to all payments methods throughout the website.
