Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your Lia’s Looks purchase!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return the item(s) for an EXCHANGE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS with the following conditions :- 

Conditions/Exclusions – Items cannot be returned unless we are notified no more than 7 days from the receipt of the item. Items bought that are part of our "STOCK CLEARANCE/SALE" collection, pre-orders, masks, belts, sunglasses, socks, hair accessories (due to hygiene reasons) and any jewellery are not eligible for return in any circumstances.

Pre Order Items  These items are ordered in especially for you and therefore, cannot be exchanged.

Original Packaging  Items must be returned in their original packaging with hygiene labels and tags intact.

Shipping Costs  We do not refund the original mailing costs or the cost you incur returning your item(s) by post to us. You are also responsible for the mailing costs to despatch the exchange.

How to return your item(s) If you wish to make a return please do the following 

Notify us via our Contact Us page that you will be returning your item(s); if part of a multiple order please specify which item you will be returning.

Post your item back to us using the following address 

Lia’s Looks, Burnt Oak, Benover Road, Yalding, Maidstone, Kent ME18 6AS

Please include your name, purchase date and order reference so that we can track your return. We recommend using a tracking service as returned items lost in the post are not eligible for exchange.

When will you get your exchange? As soon as we receive your returned items we will deal with your request, this may take up to 14 days to process.

Additional Conditions of Returns  Summary of terms: Items that have been tags removed, perfume or deodorant on, worn, washed, marked or soiled in any way are NOT eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels intact. The original shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable. The cost you incur returning the item to us by mail are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse your return if it does comply with the terms of our returns policy. Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled and therefore our normal Returns Policy remains in place.

Faulty Goods Clause  In the event that an item is provably faulty we will send you a replacement item and cover the cost of the shipping to send the replacement to you and the cost you incur to return the item (via Royal Mail) in the form of a refund once we have received the faulty item back. We will only offer you a full refund if the item is not in stock. Items that have been worn and the tags have been removed are also not eligible for exchange/refund under this clause.
