Lia’s Looks offers the following services :-

Collection – From our Maidstone address, you can choose the 'Pick Up' option at the checkout or you can book an appointment, come try on and see all our stock in our shop.

UK Delivery – All orders placed for delivery will be shipped using Royal Mail Business Tracked 24 hour or 48 hour delivery (depending on your preferred option at the check out). Special Delivery applies to Mon-Thurs not weekends or bank holidays. Please contact us if you require Guaranteed Saturday Delivery. NOTE - these delivery times can be longer, as once your order has been collected by Royal Mail it is their responsibility to meet these timescales. You will receive email confirmation of shipment once your order has been processed and then an email providing you with the tracking number once your order has been collected by Royal Mail. Please note all our orders are sent via a trackable service for your security. If a mobile number is provided on your order you will receive a SMS with a time slot of your delivery. 


International Delivery - We ship worldwide using Royal Mail Business International Tracked Service. From 1 January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU's single market and customs union and new rules apply. As of 1 July 2021, items imported to the EU with a value of €22 or less also became liable for VAT too. We are not responsible for any customs and/or import charges. It is up to you as the customer to cover these incurred charges as by ordering you acknowledge these rules. Unfortunately these charges are out of our hands and each country varies so we are unable to predict what these charges will be. We would suggest checking with your customs office if you worried or unsure what you will charged and there is no surprise of any unexpected extra charges. If any customs/import fees remain unpaid your order will be destroyed and no refund or replacement will be issued. You are aware fees will be applied on confirming your order at the check out - this is stated on your invoice before you pay.

Southern Ireland Customers - Royal Mail advise us delivery to Southern Ireland is 3 to 5 working days. Once your parcel is received in Ireland customs clearance will then apply. As your parcel is from Lia's Looks who are outside the EU, unfortunately, Irish Revenue apply a customs charge when our parcel arrives in Ireland (this is totally out of our hands). Custom charges arise on the importation of most items in accordance with relevant laws. An Post collect the customs charges on your behalf that are charged by Revenue on items delivered to Ireland from non-EU countries. In order for your parcel to be processed and delivered, these charges must be paid. You will be contacted by An Post via post, text or email. This customs charge must be paid within 16 days working days in order for your item to be released for delivery. A customs admin fee of €3.50 is also charged by An Post for customs handling of items imported from countries like us outside the EU. This fee is in addition of the customs charge. You can pay the fee on An Post's website or at your local Post Office. As soon as your fee has been paid your item will be processed by An Post and delivered to you as soon as possible. You will be able track all details of your order while in the UK and then arriving in Ireland via the tracking number we provide you with via email when we dispatch your order.

Northern Ireland Customers - Royal Mail advise us delivery to Northern Ireland is 2 to 3 working days. In line with the Northern Ireland protocol, parcels arriving from Northern Ireland into the Republic of Ireland will not be subject to Irish VAT and customs charges but must still be cleared through customs.

Royal Mail advice us they are working with airlines and postal/courier partners to maintain services, however, delays can occur as a result of ongoing COVID-19 reduction measures and reduced air transport capacity so please bear this in mind.

UK and International Delivery

Pre-Order - Please do not chase us for your pre-order item unless in the rare occasion your 18 working days has past. All details are explained in the description of the item before you purchase, therefore, on clicking the check out option and completing your purchase you are agreeing to these terms. Once a pre-order has been placed you are unable to cancel/change this with us as your order has automatically been processed so please check the delivery times/sizes/style which is stated in the description of any pre-order item before placing your order. Any pre-order items required for Christmas must allow for the Royal Mail last posting dates to guarantee for Christmas delivery. 

Please note if you order other items with a pre-order item, this will be posted all together as one parcel. Unless prior contact has been made with us arranging payment of an extra postage charge. 

We are not held responsible for any mistakes in the delivery information provided by you as the customer at the checkout. Any extra costs incurred due to this reason will be payable by you. On completing and confirming your check out you are agreeing to the information you have provided and therefore post labels will be issued in correspondence to this.

If you are not in when the delivery is attempted Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions. We are not responsible for the parcel if Royal Mail do not leave a card.

For all deliveries we do not dispatch on weekends and Bank Holidays. These are counted as non-working days as we only have post collections by Royal Mail Business Post during weekdays which are Monday to Friday. Royal Mail do not class weekends as working days, the tracked service operates between Monday to Friday. If you place an order on these days, it will be dispatched the next working day. If you place an order after 1pm during a weekday, we try our best for this to be despatched the same day, however, if this is not possible it will be dispatched the next working day. Please note we do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible however, please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be processed and posted. 

Please note these timescales may be longer in busy periods (such as the Black Friday period, the lead up to Christmas, during any industrial action with air, rail or road, post strikes, extreme weather conditions). If you have not received your item(s) within the expected timescale, please search on the Royal Mail website using your tracking number provided.

In the rare event of a loss of delivery, this can only be claimed for by the customer 15 days after the date it should have been delivered. Only after this date has passed will any parcel be considered lost by Royal Mail, please contact them direct with your tracking number to make your claim.

Cancellations - Once an order has been placed and confirmed by yourself through the website it cannot be cancelled.
